Postrly watches your head position while you work, using your Mac’s built-in camera and Apple’s Vision framework. When you slouch, tilt, or sit too close, Postrly sends a friendly reminder to sit up. Everything runs on your Mac — camera frames never leave the device.

Grant Postrly camera and notification permission on first launch.
Click Start Monitoring in the menu bar.
